Hotel Los Heroes

1989 we built the first Swiss cow-stable in the heart Costa Rica's. An extension of the project gave us the idea to create a small Swiss town on this country, which would be in full harmony with nature and give us the opportunity to accommodate two different cultures under one roof.

Located along the shores of the beautiful Arenal Lake, this charming chateau offers a quiet getaway from exhausting travels. Los Heroes is conveniently situated thirty kilometers from La Fortuna, seventeen kilometers from the Arenal Volcano and twenty kilometers from Tabacon Hot Springs.

Each of the twelve guestrooms is comfortably decorated and includes private bathrooms and modern conveniences. Tranquil views of the lake and nearby mountains complement your stay. Outdoor facilities include a refreshing swimming pool and starlight Jacuzzi.

The on-site restaurant offers delectable international fare, including specialty Swiss dishes such as Cheese Fondue, Fondue Bourguignonne and Roesti. For an early evening drink or late nightcap, guests may convene around the bar and enjoy a warm fire.
