Design concept:
The Mansion Inn offers a Mediterranean design. Our interior boasts a large number of original paintings by some of the best artists in Costa Rica. Most of the hotel water is heated by solar energy.

Deluxe Room (452 sq. feet)
Beautifully decorated, air conditioner room with king-size or two queen size beds, large shower and bathroom, dresser, television, telephone, safe deposit box, mini bar, outside dining area, sitting area and desk. The room offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park.

Junior Suite (592 sq. feet)
Beautifully decorated, air conditioned room with king-size, large shower and bathroom, dresser, television, telephone, safe deposit box, mini bar, outside dining area, sitting area and desk. The room offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park.

Penthouse 1 & 2
Both of these are 1800 sq. ft. The luxurious penthouses are located on top of the new wing of the La Mansion Inn, which was completed in December 2004. Each suite offers a large balcony with absolutely stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio National Park and the surrounding jungle. In addition, Penthouse # 1 offers a separate 725 sq. ft. sundeck. The living rooms are beautifully appointed with dining area, television, stereo system, telephone and safe deposit box. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with fine furnishings from Sarchí, crystal chandeliers, Jacuzzi a double bathroom and a rich art collection. Upon request, a queen size bed can be added to the living room. The living room of each suite is equipped with a king-size sofa bed, which can accommodate two more people. Both suites offer some of the highest views of the area and are about 500 feet above sea level. As they say, Fit for a King (and a Queen)!”

Presidential Suite
This award winning suite (Pure Decadence award 2004) Elite Traveler Magazine) is without a doubt one of the most tastefully decorated suites in all Central and South America. Lavishly furnished, the main bedroom offers a Jacuzzi complete with 24 carat gold faucets. The bathroom features a double headed shower and bidet. The adjacent living room and dinning area offer separate television with satellite reception. Another full bathroom leading to the hotel pool and Jacuzzi area. If need be, part of the living room can be converted into a bedroom. First class original works art, a very large connecting balcony and spectacularly unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park complete the setting.

Advance Deposit Policy
Low/High Season:
Deposit of 50%, remaining amount 30 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season:
Deposit of 50%, remaining amount 60 days prior to arrival.

Acceptable Payment
Credit card payments, wire transfers or checks to our US or local bank accounts in US dollars are our preferred method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Low season:
10% penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival -14 to 7 days 50% - less 100%
Peak Season:
10% penalty up to 60 days prior to arrival - 59 to 30 days 50% - less 100%
High Season:
10% penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival - 29 to 15 days 50% - less 100%

Room rates
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Rates cannot be guaranteed more than 12 months out. La Mansion Inn will reserve the right to adjust room rates without notification, but will honor all prior commitments.

Discount and Complimentary Facilities
We offer special industry rates for travel agents, subject to availability during the low season. Agents need to present a valid IATA or other identification.
A business card alone is not enough. Free accommodations are not available unless specifically invited.

Taxes
All rates are subject to applicable sales taxes and service charges.

Check-in / Check-out Guidelines
Guests are welcome to use cash or credit cards. Guests who have not made prior arrangements through travel agents may guarantee their reservations by credit card. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for miscellaneous charges. Check-in time: 3:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

Group Deposit Requirements
All group reservations (minimum 6 rooms) are considered tentative until the required room nights deposit is received and accepted. Upon confirmation, the first night of the total expected room revenue must be paid. At 60 days before group arrival, full payment must be received.

Gratuity and Service Charges
A government-mandated gratuity of 10% is charged on food and beverage sales.
